Leiper, the newest fine dining restaurant at Scotland’s ‘Most Stylish Hotel’. Named in honour of the architect and builder of this stunning Victorian country house, William Leiper.

Leiper will focus on modern Scottish cuisine, sourced locally and seasonally, including local venison, mushrooms and wild herbs. Our head chef, Daniel Hollerin has a very simple ethos of using wild seasonal food combined with the very best of Scottish produce.
 
The restaurant is situated in our Arts & Crafts room, but also features our private dining areas. So now you can enjoy the finest of Scottish cuisine whilst overlooking the loch in our famous treehouse…
