These Sgian Brews are made in the traditional style of the Sgian Dubh (the black knife). Each one is unique in that it is handcrafted using the finest woods: Caledonian bog oak, oak from Speyside malt whisky barrels, Indian rosewood, American black walnut, ebony, purpleheart wood and pink ivory wood or the natural shed antler from Highland red deer and roe deer. The blades are made from Damascus steel (acid etched to enhance the teardrop pattern) or stainless steel.
